How to resolve this??? ( Downloaded some similar Emulators and installed)
I have it too.
I had it before I'd reinstalled my Iphone and the dongle was listed in the about iPhone
I tried adding a new cert for the emulator which seemed to do nothing, I tried adding a new key too which also did nothing.
Looking at logs, this was the closest to an error I could find:

So, there are two ways to fix this

This gets rid of the popup when you visit a website and replaces it with a green circle that you can click on to get more details about a website. It means that the app cannot access any website.
Granting the app permissions to access the mobile data.
The other way is to grant the app permissions to access the mobile data
Read this. (app Transport Security Settings:)
Here's how to fix your problem.
Go to iPhone Developer settings
Go to your App Transport Security Settings (located in your project)
In this app you can set to "Always" or "Allow for unattended access".

Been using this dongle for the last 8 months now without the slightest issues, recently though, I started getting issues where it would no longer register any usb devices and would disconnect after power cycle
About the support of WOL - This feature is not supported by this dongle in any of the supported protocols, the reason being that it is a hardware register, and not an application register. In fact, the ability to control WOL is not even supported on the hardware, it was added only to the emulation, and you'll get a WOL if you activate the emulation of WOL.
We support the HL-DT-Stick, but not the Li-Ion version of it, as we don't support the Li-Ion. We support the HLP version of the driver, and should not have issues with that, however, you should download and use the latest version of the driver available.
